simple, powerful and effective techniques that help people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, others and the larger whole. I assist people in learning how to align what they think, feel, say and do with who they really are and want to be.
As a Social Worker in the Mental Health field for nearly 10 years, I specialized in Stress Management, Communication and Wellness programs. I offer workshops, study/practice groups and individual sessions that guide people in making conscious choices for personal and global wellbeing.
I live in Hamburg, NY with my husband Chris, my true companion on this life journey. Our son Kyle, continues to be my inspiration to strive to "be the change you wish to see in the world".
