I am an inspirational and interactive facilitator of Compassionate Communication, based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg. I teach
simple, powerful and effective techniques that help people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, others and the larger whole. I assist people in learning how to align what they think, feel, say and do with who they really are and want to be.
As a social worker in the mental health field for nearly 10 years, I specialized in stress management, communication and wellness programs. I offer workshops, study/practice groups and individual sessions that guide people in making conscious choices for personal and global wellbeing.
I live in Max Meadows, Virginia with my husband Chris, my true companion on this life journey. Our son Kyle, continues to be my inspiration to strive to "be the change I wish to see in the world".
